Citizenship Medical Evaluation
At South Florida MD Group, we provide the medical evaluations and documentation necessary for patients applying for U.S. citizenship under medical exemption criteria.
This service requires that the patient:
Has lived in the U.S. for more than 5 years.
Has a qualifying medical condition.
Has been an established patient in our clinic for 3–6 months with a minimum of 3 visits.
